Description
3KG is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reel Maker/ Content Creator who can produce authentic, high-performing TikToks and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, understands social media culture, and can independently manage content from concept to final execution.
Responsibilities
- Create authentic, trend-driven TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and transform them into original, brand-aligned content.
- Appear confidently on camera, tell compelling stories, and add personality to content.
- Film, edit, and publish short-form videos with clean, engaging editing.
- Develop creative concepts, strong hooks, and short-form scripts.
- Brainstorm and propose fresh content ideas regularly.
- Produce engaging storytelling formats (day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, challenges, reactions, educational snippets, etc.).
- Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and objectives.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, messaging, and overall content quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating short-form content (TikTok / Reels).
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trend cycles.
- Ability to work independently and deliver content consistently.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts.
