Senior Motion Graphics Designer
Description
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring visual concepts to life through engaging animations and video content that align with brand identities and campaign goals.
As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality motion graphics for social media, ads, promotional videos, and explainer content. You’ll work closely with the creative team and marketing strategists to deliver impactful visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, digital ads, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with creative directors, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visuals.
- Lead animation projects from concept to final delivery.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion references to present ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in animation, design, and video production.
- Mentor and guide junior designers when needed.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion work across different formats (2D, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D software is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Skills
- Experience with explainer videos, character animation, or UI animations.
- Sound design knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working with social media video formats and platform requirements (Reels, YouTube, Stories, etc.)
